Joe Allen McGlaughlin, 79, born on May 2, 1945 in Tyler, Texas, passed away on May 26, 2024. He attended Oakwood Township High School and Eastern Illinois University. Joe worked for the State of Illinois, Department of Agriculture. He served in the United States Army. In honor of his memory, donations can be made to The American Legion Castle Williams Post 105.
