Marsha Harmon, 72, of Taylorville, IL, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Springfield Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL. Marsha was born on May 9, 1952, in Breeze, IL, the daughter of Rollin Eugene and Marcella (Vaughn) Sands. On February 14, 1986, she married Daniel Harmon in West Palm Beach, FL, and he survives. She worked as an underwriter for Franklin Life before retiring. She was a loving daughter, sister, and wife, and is missed dearly.
Surviving is her husband, Daniel Harmon; a sister, Kim (Bernie) McCormick; her brother, Steve (Jane) Sands; brothers-in-law, John David Harmon, Thomas Harmon, Scott Harmon, and two sisters-in-law, Lori Harmon and Susie Cody. She was preceded in death by her parents.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. A memorial service will begin immediately following the visitation. Pastor James Jones will be officiating.
